Very easy to set an appointment after a few questions about water quality and the technician came out and was great. Very personable and professional. Answered all questions I had and educated me and my wife about water treatment. Agreed to the price and made the deal. Installation was done two days later and has been a complete game changer. It was the cost they told me it would be but I was just surprised that a replacement water softener system would cost that much. Overall I would definitely recommend this company."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
