"Marc was wonderful. I had already had three roofers/carpenters out to look at rotting wood under my gutters that needed to be replaced and was causing water to leak into my basement. Marc was the only one of the 4 who got on the roof and looked around, finding that I had had storm damage. The first insurance adjuster who came to look at it said my roof looked fine but Marc told me to request another insurance adjuster come out to check it and that one agreed with Marc's assessment. When the shingles came off, rotten wood was discovered underneath part of the roof, so, yes, there had been storm damage!
