"They didn?t finish the first day , they called and canceled on the second day or no one called on day 3. The young lady called on the 5 th day say the were headed my way. She assumed I would be home. I informed her that I told the guy that the past week was my only free time. I wasn?t available. Then she was no longer nice. Oh well, I completed the work myself."

"Purchased two Nest thermostats for my home and installed them myself. The first one was installed with no issue. The second one was having power issues. Attempted to troubleshoot myself. To no avail. Called Rashad's company and he came out there next day. Very prompt and professional. Rashad diagnosed the problem as a defective thermostat very quickly."

"This was a more complex wiring issue with my thermostat that the guys at Cunningham Associates were able to figure out. I thank them for taking the extra time"

"Brian was professional, he not only performed maintenance on the A/C unit but open up one of the dampers which was close in one of our bedrooms. We had a duct person come by a week before Brian to evaluate our system and he was going to charge us $500.00 to possible fix the problem that if he was able to find what it was. Brian came in and took care of the problem right away, by tracing the vent duct location to the source of the problem a close damper. Thank you Brian for your honesty."

"Hands down the best quote on replacing a heat pump, nobody came close. Plus it included new filter box and thermostat. Jeffâ s crew was fast and addressed all my issues. Noting the slant on the concrete they added a leveling slab too. As a smaller company Acme doesnâ t finance over ten years, but the savings is gigantic if you can swing it. So no surprises, kept promises and pricing. Would use againâ ¦ in fact plan to when water heater needs replacement. Responsive and thorough. Highly recommend."

"The job went okay. They had to come back twice to get the fan installed correctly. Everything was fine until a few months ago, now my fan remote does not work, I have to use the wall switch to turn it off and on. I will contact them to see if they can come and fix it."
