Zach Brannen came out and inspected my system and informed me the condenser for the upstairs unit had failed. Then Stan Bailey came out on April 16 and explained the options to me. Due to the advanced age of the furnace that heats the upstairs, I agreed to replace both the furnace and the condenser so I would have a more efficient system. Installation was scheduled for April 18. Hoisen and Jose arrived on time and worked diligently to get the system installed and running properly. I was especially impressed that they put on slippers over their shoes when they were inside my house and that they covered the floor and stairs completely when moving equipment. When they encountered a problem, they continued until it was solved. Stan even dropped by to check on things during the process. I was impressed with their professionalism, promptness, courtesy, friendliness, and apparent knowledge."

"Amazing!! They found things wrong with our original install....like a return that was just sitting open in the attic sucking in hot installation air. They could have just left it and never said anything...but they didn't. They fixed it...and no extra charge. That's impressive. They also replaced duct work that was too small with larger (which the salesman recommended). The two installers showed up on time, were extremely professional and gave me updates along the way. After the install, the salesman (who was great) called to see if everything was OK. Then a week later they sent out a Quality Control person to check over the entire install. I'm sure that causes the install people to do a good job. You know.....AC units are very expensive, but it's nice when you get a great company and people that care about installing it right. I know that if I have anything go wrong, they would be right out and fix it."
