"We have been remodeling our home over the last two years and had multiple contractors in and out of our home, so we have some experience in dealing with contractors and their peculiarities. Due to an unfortunate fitting leak in our upstairs shower, we suffered significant water damage. Our insurance company recommended 24Restech for repairs. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work, communication we received, daily work area clean up, and respect for our property. Given our recent experience with other contractors last several years, 24Restech was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend Kevin, our Project Manager, and the tradespeople they employ to perform their work. Thank you for giving us our home back!"

"Jeff was Honest and personable, answered my questions and got the work done quickly."

"I called Robert after a ruptured water line did major damage to our crawl space and our kitchen floor. His crew came out the next day and removed all the damaged insulation, and set the fans up to start the drying process in this first phase. His crew is very professional and did the job quick and efficiently."

"Just a tip. They are very professional and I loved the men who did the job however make sure you understand that they are there t remove mold not repair after. I didn’t quite get that and ended up with half a wall on two sides. Have call someone else for repair. My lack of knowledge not their fault."

"Water leak from kitchen sink got down to laundry and impacted drywall. Grey wolfe came in and replaced the dywall ceiling and took care of some piping issues that came up. Work was done well. Easy to work with and punctual. Will recommend them!"

"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"I had a last minute Emergency and Total restores response time was impeccable. Then the work they did was a job well done. I couldn?t give anything less than 5 stars!"

"Joffrey (hopefully spelled close to correctly) checked everything out and found no water damage, which was a great relief. He then pinpointed a problem we had not thought of; possible build-up in the p-trap in the pipe under the sink. Some bleach in the drain has mitigated the smell in the cabinet, and alerted us to probably doing a more thorough cleaning on a regular basis. He was very friendly, pleasant to work with, and went right to the heart of the job. It is very satisfying to be in the hands of an expert."

"Daniel contacted me quickly, after posting my notice of this project. My entry project was simply to give a cost estimate for testing and removal of an old carpet pad that looked like it might contain asbestos. He arrived when he said he would, and took care of my project promptly and efficiently. Very friendly, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Also worked very efficiently and with respect. I liked his service so much I immediately expanded my project to include a few other things I was considering, by asking him to evaluate/test for other possible asbestos in attic insulation and popcorn ceiling., and he easily accommodated them. Prices were very reasonable. I was glad that he was able to complete my project within the same day as requested, except some samples that will require lab testing, after giving a price estimate, which he retained. The project request was for price estimates, but he came prepared to complete the project. A couple of other companies also contacted me, and their price estimates, without even visiting, were quite a bit higher. Daniel was able to use his experience and expertise to avoid costs that were not necessary."
