"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil. <br /> Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again. <br /> The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly. <br /> He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly. <br /> <br />"
