"The owner Ken performed the cleaning service. He did a superb job, cleaned up after the service and offered a reasonable price. He also drove to Home Depot and purchased a replacement flexible connector that I needed to upgrade my dryer connection. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend this company. 6 stars!"

"Install of system went very well. More importantly, I appreciate their maintenance. Great explanation of work done and quick response!"

"Fontana Brothers responded to my Carrier Air Conditioner issue, Andre was very patience and seemed to be very knowledgeable. A solution involved the ordering of parts and which was handled quickly. The parts resolved my issues. It great to discover in this present world that excellent customer service is still provided."

"Options explored in detail & selection of unit was made by me. The proposal was sent out after an onsite inspection. Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

"Installation went smoothly. Worker was very efficient and did a great job."

"Great service! Timely arrived. Didn't push to replace older air conditioner- install demanded unit & added refrigerant. Knowledgeable & friendly."

"The overall installation went very well. This was done during the pandemic lock-down, and the team worked with me to ensure all parts (difficult to get at this time) were procured before beginning the installation. I was impressed with their ability to adapt during this trying time. The electrician also made all the difference; he truly took professional pride in his work. They have my business in the future."

"Everything went well... fan motor on old unit went bad, 500 plus service call chg of 98 for a replacement. My unit was 11 y.o.,.. In Florida, figured it was time to replace rather than to put a band aid on it...Salesman came to my home, explained all options. I had 2 other estimates. Chose DAIKIN brand.... ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."

"The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."
