Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Tallmadge, OH

"Doug was extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. I have a 1984-built tudor mansion that had major sagging in the roof under the skylights in my family room. I had been ignoring this problem for years out of concern for cost (and fact it wasn't yet leaking), but the time had come to where I could no longer ignore it. Doug gave me an extremely competitive quote for the repair-- for replacing the entire side of the family room roof including: tear off, wood sheet replacement, new shingles, new flashing, 2 new skylights, and other adjustments, it was just over 3k!!! The job was completed in one day and looks phenomenal--workers were all very professional and took pride in their work. They were even very sweet and patient with my chatty 9-year old son who felt the need to ask the "roof people" about everything they were doing. Doug even threw in some freebies: he replaced the gutter-guards on the gutters adjoining that side of the roof because they were all bent out of shape, and he discounted our final payment because we referred him to a bunch of friends who were over that day and were impressed by the roof work. And we just had a torrential downpour yesterday and the roof and skylights don't leak one bit! I will definitely be calling Doug and his company for any future roof work we need. Outstanding customer service, very competitive price, and high quality craftsmanship--a trifecta of awesome when it comes to spending money on things we don't want to like roof repairs!"

"Tony and his crew were Great. They went over and above. They even cleaned out my porch gutters when was not on his quote. We will be having him back in Spring to do the gutters on the main part of the house. Thanks Tony."

"Master at detail in finishing work. Looks great. Fixed and installed window and door. Even painted for me! Cleaned up everything afterwards. Would use Construction Titan LLC for my next project. You will be amazed when you hire them. Fixed the finishing work on porch too!"

"Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."

"The crew was on time, started and worked to completion. Every one was very professional, friendly and all about business. The project managers walked through and took care of the final details-the pictures, the cleanup and any concerns that I had. Awesome. The Twinsburg team was more than great."
