"Got home from a trip on a Sunday and discovered that the upstairs unit was not cooling.  Determined that there was an issue with the compressor outside.  Called Moncrief, who answered the phone on a Sunday, and was able to get an appointment for the next day.  I received a call that the technician was on the  way and he arrived on time.  He used special shoe covers when entering the house.  He voluntarily cleaned out one of the condensation pipes and brought a hose with spray attachment to clean the compressor units.  He replaced the capacitor on the compressor and tested it first.  He went above and beyond to do a great job.

"They replaced a gas pipe (about 35 feet) and the original quote was $1,160.00, but ended up being $1,900.00+ when they finished because of the materials they had to purchase. While they explained that the materials may increase the quoted price, they did not indicate that it might be $800 or more. Aside from this, the Company and the Plumber they sent were very professional and the quality of work was great. Next time, however, I will know to request specifics regarding additional materials cost, and I advise others to do so as well."

"I discovered the leak the afternoon before the city closed down for the impending icestorm of 2017. They were not sending anyone out over the weekend due to the storm, but made room in their schedule for someone to come out on Monday and perform the test. The test revealed a leak; they replaced the primary line, and when they tested again, discovered that every gas pipe under the house leaked, the gas lines were not up to code, and had to reline the whole house. While the problem was not solved overnight, the G-Force Team communicated well, was thorough, and I am satisfied with the work. A side note, I had smelled gas in my kitchen for quite a while; this resolved that as well. There is no telling how long this had been going on...."

"Project: Replace all galvanized pipe in the house and replace all supply lines. Was very responsive set up a date to start and complete the job. Communicated regular updates throughout the project including when they were held up at the supply house and would be an hour later than promised. Continued to keep us in the loop whenever he found other issues, and completed it all in the 3 days promised (which included fixing additional issues he found as he opened up the pipes) I will definitely be using Overflow again, and I would 100% recommend them. They also were careful to lay down plastic in the house to protect the floors as they moved between the crawl space and working in the bathrooms AND they came in under other bids. I'm extremely pleased."

"We originally called Michaels Plumbing out because we kept smelling gas coming from our fireplace. We knew that it was time to replace the gas log set and had already purchased a set of logs to be installed. Once the plumber was there he traced the leak to our basement and showed me exactly where it was coming from as well as showed me where my water heater had been leaking. We agreed to have them change out the water heater, repair the gas leak and install the new gas log set. He called a crew to have it done that same afternoon. While they were working he provided us with a complimentary plumbing inspection. He gave me list of things we needed to address (many items my husband could take care of) and a few items we needed to keep an eye on. He also had showed me all the emergency shut-offs in the home (gas and water) and what to do in an emergency. What a great company! I will certainly call them back out for any issues we have and definitely recommend them to family and friends.
