"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"I hired JC Flood to fix my hot water heater. They popped over for a quick appointment and our hot water heater worked for a few days before dying again. JC Flood explained the hot water needed to be replaced. They were excellent about including proposals for replacement units. Very much appreciated!"

"My water heater was leaking and I needed immediate replacement or repair. Earl called, showed up, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He was very professional and took pride in his work. After replacing and installing the water heater, he gave me training on what he installed. He hauled the defective water heater and cleaned after him. For me his courtesy and attention to detail was worth every dollar charged. I will hire him again if I ever have any other plumbing or A/C work. I am very satisfied costumer."

"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, great experience with the 3 or 4 of their techs I have seen over the last year or so."
