She has educated me on almost all of the areas on the same and answered every question I asked her, which gives me the confidence to choose the best one. Now, when Candace said that she would give twin separate big tanks - one for filtration and one for the water softener at a lesser price than a single tank system and the same set of product and labor warranty tenure then I reconnected her to book the appointment. Paul is a very hard and smart working guy. He has installed the whole system in a super compact and quick way. His understanding of the water softener system is unmatched. I highly recommend them for the installation of the whole house water system."

The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! "The installation was done quickly and done well. The customer service was very professional. The only negative of this transaction was the cost of the project. It was the cost they told me it would be but I was just surprised that a replacement water softener system would cost that much. Overall I would definitely recommend this company."

"I wanted to thank the technician from Force Home Services. He came to fix the AC system. I had another company looking at. The technician waited very patiently. He was able to solve the problem where the other technician told I had to replace the system (cost ~$10K) or fixing cost would be ~$5K. He was able to fix the issue and test the whole system and get the job done within an hour for less than $400. I felt he was honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks for fixing the problem."

"This review will sound like I was paid to write it, and I was not. Promise! I am just that impressed. I am completely blown away! In a nervous, and frantic panic I called CR Plumbing to get some help. I have never had to call a plumber before. My drain was backed up and flooded my laundry room. It was a disaster. I called and spoke with Autumn, she automatically calmed me down. She was very quick getting all of my information, and getting an appointment set up. She had a way to calm a crazy, panicked, stressed mom out. Her customer service was outstanding as well. Autumn thank you for everything. Within a FEW hours Nick and Nathan were out to my home to fix this huge headache of a mess. I am not kidding, within not even 20 minutes they had it fixed and everything working great! We are a home with an immunocompromised kiddo, they offered to wear booties or take their shoes off, and wore masks. They didn't even have to ask me if I wanted them to wear the masks. As a family who is very worried about germs, they sure did make sure to make us feel comfortable and safe. They even went above and beyond to state they were not sick or experiencing any sickness symptoms. Like REALLY, that was amazing. Nick and Nathan made sure to answer all of my questions, and make sure everything was up and working. They even offered to ziptie my washer drain thing, and take out the towels to the trash that were wet. I did not let them but they offered. Where do you get this customer service? I surely have never had someone let alone a company have this amazing customer service. CR Plumbing, you guys have won my business and will be the only ones we will ever use! You guys are amazing, and I am so grateful I bumped into your company on google. You will forever be our favorite and go to.
