"The best & quickest service I have seen. Outside faucet was leaking - I requested plumbers to contact me. Rocky was the 1st one and happen to be in my area and said he could stop by. He did and looked at everything, gave me the quote - I accepted - he fixed on the spot. Rocky was great to work with, he stayed in constant communication with me and answered anything I asked. I know service can't always be that quick, especially this day - but I was very impressed and look forward to working with him on some other plumbing issues and home repairs. "I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

"Nate quickly determined what was causing leak - poor install of new dishwasher by Best Buy. He didnâ t have *correct* parts to fix (they came with dishwasher, but installer didnâ t use), but was able to do a repair to stop leak. Best Buy is sending correct parts and scheduling crew. Nate also pointed out with how the plumbing under the sink was problematic (p-trap was not lowest point and wrong pipe was used). He corrected those issues."

This will be the third time I have had to call them to fix it. I need them to fix what I paid for them to do. I am not going to pay somebody else to fix what they should have fixed.
