"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I called Bell Brothers (the gal on the phone was so courteous and helpful...she really felt our pain) and Jason Walker showed up at 8:00 AM the next morning. He is very personable and very professional. Answered all our questions and explained their commitment to the customer in detail. He was very courteous, wore a mask at all times, and made us feel very comfortable. Jason was able to get an install crew here the next morning at 7:00 AM. "It was a little complicated. As far as the plumbing work, that went fine. They're a little bit high pressure on their service contract. I ended up signing for a service contract for $15 a month. It's an automatic withdrawal so I have to wait for a year to undo it. I just wanted my plumbing fixed. I don't want the service contract. It was a simple job. They're polite. I ended up paying an additional $200."
