"BPI did a great job of working closely with us to develop a design that was aesthetically pleasing, functional and within our budget. The original design included a wall, but unfortunately, put the project out of our price range. However, BPI was quick to go back to the drawing board and present us with a design that better fit our needs. The overall quality of the patio is top-notch, with high-quality pavers sourced from Reading Rock. Plenty of paver options (size, color, shape, etc.) were available, offering us an opportunity to find a look we were excited about. <br /> Although the project was completed relatively quickly once it began, taking a little over a week, it was pushed back several times despite being planned for months in advance. This was a bit disappointing, as we felt the company had more than enough time to ensure the project was started on time. For reference, we agreed approximately half a year in advance that the work would begin in early October, but the team wasn't able to actually begin until a full month later, in November. This prevented us from being able to enjoy the completed work before winter weather hit. <br /> The actual work itself was completed with great precision, and the company worked closely with us to ensure that we were happy with the quality of their efforts. A project manager stayed in close touch with us throughout the entirety of the job, and was very responsive to our requests to fix any issues we saw. BPI was even gracious enough to help replant grass that was killed as a result of the heavy machinery necessary to do the work. Additionally, BPI buried a downspout that they did not initially realize would be affected by their design. This work did not cost extra on our end, which makes sense given that it was their error in design. <br /> BPI works directly with a sister company to seal patios for customers who request it. The sealing work was performed at a high level, but unfortunately, it took a bit too long for the work to be done (approximately one week after the patio was sanded). We recognize that weather can sometimes get in the way of work being done, but with better planning, we felt like both the patio work itself and the sealing could have been completed more quickly. <br /> If you are interested in having a paver patio installed at your home, BPI is a great partner. The quality of the work is superb, and the company handles itself very well. However, recognize that their great service comes at a cost, and you may run into unforeseen scheduling issues that push your project back. Despite these minor issues, overall, BPI is a great company to select for this type of work. <br />"
