"They were here within an hour of contacting them thru Angi.com. Our heat went out the day before the Dec 22-23, 2022 subzero winter storm. Another company came out on Day 1 & had to order a part. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue. "Terrible company. Do NOT pay for a service contract with them for your home. My HVAC unit broke unexpectedly but due to old age, normal wear and tear from previous homeowners. Usual stuff. I got all the documents needed and sent them over and RWS underpaid my estimate by $7K. Have estimates of over $9K and they sent me a check for $2,144. I live in a very expensive area, you cannot just assume everything costs the same in every area of the country. Oh, and you will waste WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone to get an answer, a response, or some type of resolution. Meanwhile, you are paying them to help you with things like this only to receive less than a third of the cost of what you PAID someone to do. It's not worth it. Cheap company, terrible service, don't waste your time or energy."
