"They did a great job! Everyone that I contacted with the company during my experience was helpful and polite. They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. He did not pay me to write this review but this purely costumer experience. He and his crew are right on time, told me the expectations, clean work and he treated me like a real customer. "My heat pump/AC unit stopped working mid morning the day I was going to leave on vacation. I called Bassett to see if by chance someone could make it out that day, or at least I could get on their schedule right when I returned. She checked with one of their service crew to see if he could swing by my house right after he was done with his current client. He was there within 45 minutes and had made the repair within 30 minutes. Now that is what I call great service!!!"
