He arrived around 3:00 that afternoon and was able to diagnose a leaking evaporator coil. At my request, he also talked to me about some DIY maintenance items. Roy had a busy schedule but arranged to come back in two days to do the needed repair. He arrived an hour ahead of schedule two days later and how the A/C up and running in under four hours. In addition to the work I had contracted him for, he went above and beyond, replacing another faulty part without extra charge, cleaning up my outdoor unit, and even cleaning up the weeds I had let grown up around and under the outdoor unit."

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away.
