"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"I think we found them through word of mouth. The plumber came out here and quoted. We did shop around and found that he had the best value for us. We got the information from Angie's List. The job was great. They were very knowledgeable and awesome. They did a great job and there were no problems. We spent about $4000 to $5000 for their services. I would definitely tell others to give the plumber a call. There are a lot of companies out there, but I feel that we definitely got a good deal. Overall, they were good. "They were done in a day.  They brought the dumptster the day before and put on the side of the house.  When I left that day, they had started at 7 am and when I came home that evening; they were finishing up. They cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks remarkable."

It required alot of digging but they found the trouble spot , two actually and repaired both. They explained everything and answered all our questions. After repairing both leaks they filled in the holes. "The guys were right on time, and did a great job. We had a whole house filter installed, and a ball valve. The whole house filter is a WONDEFUL thing - they don't install low grade product, but the price was definitely right :) We had a leak we didn't know about until after the filter was installed - Kenny came out on a Saturday and took care of it for us. He did a fabulous job, and definitely took care of us. I'll hire them again anytime!"
