"Bob Feltman from All American Solutions, was very patient and professional. He walked us through some troubleshooting over the phone and answered our questions in the process. When that revealed information he needed, he remoted in and proceeded to resolve the problem, as we watched. In addition, he did a complete virus and malware scan and identified several. We then purchased and he installed virus detection software for us. In addition, he resolved a very annoying pop-up message we've been getting for a long time. Between his time on the phone plus his remote work on our computer, Bob spent over 3 hours and resolved our computer problems. It is now operating faster that it ever has; what a life-saver! All American Solutions is now our official IT department!"

"Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Chip was on time for my appointment and he was very professional.  He explained things very well and each problem or concern that I had he addressed.  At the end of the repair service prior to ending the call, Chip went back over my list of concerns to make sure that each matter was addressed and repaired. "He arrived on time and got right to work. The young man knows his stuff. Very well skilled. I have used him twice. The second time, we did a remote service and he did not have to come to my house. It was amazing. From his computer, he was able to tap into my computer. I could see everything he did on my computer, with my permission of course. He was able to get my computer working properly and I even had him install some other software to help protect my younger kids and their down loading, or is it up loading?

"I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual. He's also very neat and clean in his appearance and work habits. After signing an agreement on price so everything was clear and showing him my list of problems, he got right to work. Luther checked everything for viruses and then got rid of a lot of things that were making my computer run super slow. Then, after discussion, he uninstalled my antivirus program and installed his preferred program, which was very streamlined and easy to use. I just sits, running, in the background and doesn't interfere with my browsing experience. Luther also, by chance, had some "used" memory that worked with my pc. So he took my (very dusty and dog hairy) unit outside, gave it a good blowout and installed the memory for a very reasonable price. Luther told me my computer still has room for improvement (room available for more memory) but that this should improve things. It did....immensely.  Luther more than gave me my money's worth, I have to say and my computer is running like it should. I try to do a lot of my own troubleshooting on my computer, but after this experience I know I'm a rank amateur.  I'm really happy with my computer for now and I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future when I'm looking for a computer tech.
