"This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! Well Done!"

"Dany was recommended to us by our neighbors after our house flooded from a broken pipe. Dany was prompt in answering his phone, providing me a quote, and giving me a timeline of when his crew could begin. Work included replacing all trim boards , painting all the interior, installing all new flooring, repainting kitchen cupboards, installing new countertops and new backsplash and painting the exterior of the house. Dany was excellent at communicating everything. The work was completed in a timely manner. They did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"It started with meeting Roland at showroom for consultation . We proceeded to choose carpet and tile for our home and Roland and his staff were very informative and knowledgeable ! We scheduled install fo 4/04/2016 on Monday and project was done in a timely and professional manner by Friday like that said they would ! We are extremely happy with end results and would recommend Roland and his staff anytime !"

"My garage door broke and needed to be repaired or replaced. I was told by A1 Advantage that the door was old and they could not get replacement parts for it. They came the next day to install the door. I was told by the installer that the door would be painted in the next week. (I paid extra for this service).It is now over a month later and the door is not painted.  I have called them several times in the last month and have gotten a different excuse each time. The door is very nice but they have not followed up on their customer service, and I could not recommend them at this point.
