"FABULOUS! Can't say enough great things about Mike and Precision Heating and Cooling. I had several different size companies quote this very big and intensive labor job in our new home. Estimates were all over the board. One VERY large local HVAC company told me the job, that Mike just finished for us, "could not be done". They said it was " impossible" to get a unit into our attic space and install ductwork for AC upstairs! Well, it was done... by Precision.. I went with the person that I TRUSTED and it was the right choice! That said, Mike's work is incredible. He was always there when he said he would be, kept to the timeline he estimated, was neat and considerate of our family and treated our home as if it were his own. He showed us what he was doing and why it was done a certain way. He made sure we were happy and understood what we were getting. He was meticulous on the install and cleaned up every area that he worked on in the house. Needless to say, we are overjoyed with the job and would recommend him without hesitation. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc."

"There is never a good time for a hot water heater to go, and in my case it was the Friday before a long 4th of July weekend. A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand. "24 hour service with NO up charge. Requested a repair, no heat. Existing Lennox furnace was 30 years old. Our first contact with Technician Nick was an indication of the professionalism and expertise of the company. Nick showed up sharing with us, great coffee from Lewiston. He found the furnace blower seized up but also the beginning of two cracks in the heat exchanger (CO hazard). Nick showed me the cracks with a camera. The furnace break down occurred the day we were supposed to leave for vacation. Belknap accommodated us with same day service and replacement with a new furnace. Everything was explained. People were in and out all day. Scott measured. Chris issued a proposal. Dave and Corey installed. A new Ruud furnace replaced the Lennox. The installers replaced all the exhaust pipes including that for the HW heater, disassembled the unused wood burning furnace connections, did electronic hookups to the circuit breaker panel, installed a hard wire combination smoke /CO detector and a new digital thermostat. All old equipment was removed and the work area cleaned up. The new setup looks much better, smaller and shiny. All conscientious and thorough guys. We chose not to replace the air conditioner (suggested due to the old style metal drip basin) since it still works. This would have cost more than the furnace. We felt the furnace install price was very fair considering the amount of work completed and the heat emergency. Give this company a call when you need heat!"

"Robin and crew did a very nice job. They were very polite and punctual and were able to get my broken hot water tank replaced pretty quickly in the dead of winter. They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"
