"Had a emergency and called their emergency number. A tech (Corey) called within 20 mins. We ended up scheduling for the next morning. Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use them again if the need arises."

They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement.
