"ACS installed my Lennox A/C system 4 years ago and have maintained it since. The A/C went out Thursday night and I called ACS early Friday morning. I explained to Sandy, the dispatcher, that I was sick and wasn't looking forward to spending time in a hot house. She was very understanding and arranged to have Manny at my house at 8:45am. Manny is a very professional and competent technician. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly (a blown fuse). He also recommended a couple of improvements to my system that would make a future outage less likely. I had him install a surge suppressor on the air handler and a hard start unit on the compressor. I have nothing but good things to say about Manny, Sandy, Patrick, Milo, Dustin, Daniel and all the other people I have dealt with at ACS."

His team was professional and courtesy, they communicated with me through the installation process and educated me of what I need to do. The entire hvac system was replaced in one day. The diagnostic evaluation description changed from my purchase date to the appointment so the service was not what I expected.



I hired the company to seal my ducts. The price was reasonable but on the date of the appointment, only a portion of service was performed and the time of the appointment was not as scheduled. The remainder of the service was rescheduled when I called the company. The computer that shows pre and post duct sealing leakage was on the fritz. I was supposed to receive a copy and have requested this multiple times. I still have not received this.

The servicemen are very professional and seem quite competent. The schedulers, receptionist, business office end of things is atrocious.

They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."
