Many of the other companies said we needed to put in additional vents but Iwai suggested putting the system in and adding the vents later if we were not satisfied with the air flow. "I was very pleased with Brigada in general, they were very professional and punctual with everything they did. We had multiple locations across our small HOA that needed exterior board replacement, stucco work and finish painting for all the projects involved. The work was approached over a week, which I feel that other vendors may have tried to brush off this project as small and not take the time needed to do a good job. Everything that was replaced looks like it has been apart of the complex from the beginning, meaning the fit and finish of all the work made it look like it was there all along and was not a bad replacement job. This aspect was very important to us as we have had other exterior work done that the details of type of wood and paint were not paid attention to and it ended up standing out like a sore thumb. The onsite crew were courteous professional and a joy to have around. After much research I had a hard time having any contractors able to want to even consider this job and was so happy that Brigada ended up coming out and doing the estimate and job for us.
