"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

I was actually away from home when the furnance stopped working.  I was in the hospital for several weeks and a friend was watching my home.  I had left a list of "Emergency telephone numbers" for her just in case something happened.  Provost Plumbing was on the list.  When she realized that there was no heat in the house, she called Provost.  They came immediately and made the needed repairs. "They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"The project began in May with demolition of the Master Bathroom lasting about five days. The crew did take care to clean-up after each day?s work so that the rest of the household was not affected.  Construction came in spurts with a one man
operation each time and it required contacting Missy and/or Dave to make sure when someone would show up. Also there were a number of items that had to be redone due to poor planning and incorrect measurements.
Examples:

•  - Installation of the medicine cabinets had to be realigned twice because the placement of the vent pipes was not accurately

measured,
  - Installation of a new toilet and sink in the small bathroom had to be redone because no one measured the location to see if the
two items would fit in the space,
   - One edge of the shower wall had to be modified after construction because the design did not accommodate the glass door that was specified in the contract.
 As a result of these problems of poor planning and management of resources, the project was not completed
until the end of November (six months !).  The initial completion time was estimated to take 3 months.
 The final cost of the project did not change as a result of these delays. But Northeast Bath Builders did try to renegotiate contract in order to receive an additional payment prior to the completion of the work. We did not agree and held them to the contract
of final payment at completion of the work.  
As to the workmanship of the project, the craftsmanship of the cabinetry was excellent as well as the work of the subcontractors for
electrical and plumbing.  Over all comments about the project are similar to those of another customer?s review, ?this is an
outfit you have to watch.  (They are) very difficult to reach.?   So our recommendation about Northeast Bath
Builders to other customers who are considering a total remodeling of a bathroom would be to have:
     - A project completion date specified in the contract with penalties for missing time points
     - A drawn blueprint or design plan with measurements of what the final project will look like.
