"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Excellent service and very honest.  When I contacted Nick and explained the problem with our furnace blower, he immediately told me what things I should try to see if I could make the repair myself.  I was not able to fix it myself, but was able to identify the broken component.  When I told him what I found, I was able to send him a picture by email of what I found.  He said he had the part in stock and could make the repair.  He came out the next day and made did a great job with getting everything running again.  He communicates very well and very fast by phone, email and by text messages.  I would use him again for sure.
