"Had a attic fan die after 5 yrs. It was wired incorrectly (not to the thermostat) so it ran all the time. Beacon (local) did wonderful electrical work last fall so I had them come in again. Mr. Friday showed me the issue and did a replacement. Show me how he hooked it up, to the thermostat and job was done in less than an hour. Made a huge mistake with prior national company (guy waving from back of the truck) then reviewed prior work from then and was totally disappointed. Prince William County VA residents will do well with working with Beacon! Very happy customer. Ed."

"BRINSON & Son came out to our house last week to fix a leak and replace some faucets. Despite arriving a little late, They did an excellent job and recommended some further work to be done this week. I gladly accepted their recommendation and booked them for 2 PM. Fast forward to 2:15 PM this week, and I haven?t heard a single thing from them about our scheduled appointment. I call and they admit they completely forgot about the job, did not apologize, but offered to at least come out between 5:30-6. I accepted. Fast forward to 6:45. I call again. Now they say they are NOT able to come out, still did not apologize, and they did not offer a reschedule or anything. I have never been more flabbergasted by a business in my life. I paid on time, and I was respectful, kind, understanding. Why should my wife and I be disrespected like that? I would give them 1 star, but the initial work they did was great, just don?t expect them to come back for the follow-up work. "

I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company.
