"Prompt Professional Precise!!! My sump pump stopped during a flash flood storm and my basement was taking on water like the Titanic. Michigan Fire Restoration came and explained what needed to be done. True to their word they came promptly and began moving furniture to remove the carpet padding and water. It was a horrible ordeal but I am grateful for Michigan Fire Restoration for a job well done. Thank you Michael and your team."

"Ray came out when I had water damage from a fridge leak which affected my kitchen and finished basement. He was damage control after the first restoration company didn't do what was supposed to be taken care of. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He dealt with my insurance company and we were able to completely renovate my kitchen and the basement above what my expectations were. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!"
