"This is the 2nd time I have used Long Realty (specifically Sherie Broekema who now has a team of 5) in the last 8 years to purchase property. Long has amazing resources and an excellent track record. When buying or purchasing a home, however, it is the individual realtor that one must consider. Sherie Broekema is the best realtor I have worked with in over 35 years of buying and purchasing properties. She is an expert on the Tucson market. "Marilyn McCrindle was the realtor for my experience as an executor of an estate. Living several states away, I could not be there but on a sporadic basis. She took complete charge of the estate. She coordinated, cleaned, took stuff to donation centers, etc...anything it took to ready the property for sale. She treated it like she was a friend of the deceased and even help set up lunch logistics for the memorial service. <br /> She wrote the original contract below the typical total 6% compensation for both seller and buyer reps. After realizing how much work she was doing, I suggested she should take more. We increased it to the customary 6% total; what a bargain. If she needed to hire someone, she would pay for it out of pocket if it was small and notify me to reimburse. This was a total trust situation. I could not have picked a better realtor. <br />"
