"Just Don't! I trusted Brain Busboom because I had service done by his grandfather, Joe. Wat was to be a 1 hour in-home cleanup turned into him taking my PC to his shop because he had accidentally deleted the operating commands. It took me 6 calls over 5 days with promises each day he would bring it back. When he did bring it back he said he couldn't get my original 2 TB hard drive to work (it had been working) so he swapped it with a new HD but now I find out it is only a 500 GB hard drive and is almost used up. He will not return my calls."

"Fast Rhino is truly a primo computer repair business. Merlin and his staff are highly knowledgeable and competent, very trustworthy, and both professional and personable, at the same time. They take the concept of customer service to a whole new level! They never fail to keep the customer regularly informed on the progress of repairs, or problems they encounter. My large screen iMac failed to boot up. I called Fast Rhino and they instructed me to bring the computer to their shop, since boot failure indicated a likely problem with the hard drive. Turned out, the hard drive had crashed. Fast Rhino diligently tried, but was unable to recover data from that hard drive, and so Merlin, the owner, directed me to DriveSavers, a company that specializes in data recovery in a “clean room” atmosphere. Unfortunately, DriveSavers was also unable to recover anything from the crashed hard drive. Fast Rhino installed a new hard drive into my disabled iMac, which is now running very well. Merlin even set up Time Machine on my repaired iMac, to help me avoid any further data losses. These people go more than the extra mile! Fast Rhino’s prices are extremely reasonable, both for computer repair and the products they sell. Also, they service Apple computers, so no longer do you Mac users have to wade through the Apple Store’s customer service system, only to be told they cannot help you. Without reservation, I highly recommend Fast Rhino. In the future, I’ll turn to them again for any computer repair needs. Importantly, they do make house calls, and they do recycle electronics for you."
