"It didn't. When I spoke with the company we scheduled the appointment for Thursday the 24 between 2 and 6 pm. I let them know the drain was the most important, because the poor tenant as not able to use her tub for a week now since the plumber we had scheduled with had us wait several days for an appointment then called on the day he was supposed to be there and cancelled due to a family emergency and didn't know when he could reschedule. This company called today and cancelled because they just got a big job and wouldn't be able to do our job for over a week. I guess my job was to small for them. This was frustrating since I had already notified both tenants and they had made arrangements to be there for them.
