What followed were excuses, suggestions that the smell could be something else altogether, lengthy redundant emails, and then increasing delays in returning communication, or not returning phone calls at all. The owner stated in writing that a solution would be to move out or sell my house. After $4,180.00 and seven months, Green Home Solutions failed to remediate the mold in my house. I am left with an unlivable home with holes in the ceiling and walls and the original irritating smell is stronger than when treatment started. As of this writing, the owner of Green Home Solutions refuses to refund my money or acknowledge when I ask for it. I have never had a worse experience with a business in my life."
