"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Five years ago, when we needed a new dualpac in the middle of a cold winter, we shopped, and then chose Cencal for its responsiveness, clear information, and very competitive pricing. The installation went like a dream, and the service techs spent an entire morning at our home ensuring everything was working better than perfectly. The unit was under contract for a couple of years, and we decided to continue the contract when the "free" servicing expired. So worth the money for the peace of mind knowing our investment is being cared for by responsible reliable folks. I don't have a favorite tech: I appreciate all of them! They show up on time for appointments, and are universally businesslike and friendly. Thank you, Cencal, for making me comfortable in my home. "We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

Informed us on the different type of units and what each unit would do for us and let us make the choice we felt would be right for our home. After having lived in our home for 6 years and having issue every summer and winter with the unit we had not heating or cooling our home and a pg&e bill upwards of $600 in the summertime it is amazing to have a cool/warm house and a bill that is quite manageable. "At first it went well. The technicians were professional. They said the install would take 2 1/2 days. The first two days were fine. They asked if they could change the date to finish the install and we said yes. They came for the final 1/2 day of work which turned into a whole day. Early in the afternoon, one technician said he had to leave early. No problem. The other two technicians said they could finish. It went on and on. The two technicians could not figure out how to wire in the thermostat, and they finally gave up. The heat would turn on, but never turn off by itself. My mom had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to turn the unit on and off again to keep from freezing or sweating like in a sauna. They said they would be back the next day to install a simple thermostat and have everything working correctly. .they did not return. Everytime I called the technicians would tell me they were working on roofing jobs for other customers that had to be finished immediately because it was going to rain. After two weeks of this ********, I put my foot down and said I wanted my parent's job finished. Two technicians came out one more time and installed a new, very simple looking thermostat. I thought everything was great and thanked them, only to find out a year later that the new thermostat had also been wired incorrectly and would not come on or shut off on its own. This was the first time my mother has ever had central heat and air. She didn't realize that the thermostat wasn't working properly, and I didn't find this out for an entire year. My mother had a schedule posted on her bedroom wall reminding her when to turn on and off the unit to keep the temperature comfortable. Needless to say, I was ******. I called and asked the company once again to fix the problem. This time they sent out Amoz Marshsll. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He fixed the wiring problem in 15 minutes, apologized for it being done incorrectly the first two times and left. He was amazing. I wish he had installed the original unit."
