However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

"I am always very skeptical when it comes to people working on anything that I am responsible for. With that in mind our home is 30 years old and was in need of painting and some areas around our windows, gutters and chimney were rotting and in need of repair. Gonzalez Painting came out and did an estimate that I was unfortunately unable to be present for. So I called them and rescheduled a time for me to talk with the painting team and I walked around the house with them and talked through my concerns. After we finished, they got started immediately. They worked for two days to finish the work. 2 guys the first day to work through the majority of the carpentry and caulking that needed to be done as well as the window treatment. The 2nd day a team of 4 people came by and worked like a well oiled machine. Since I do carpentry myself I would say their level of work in the area of carpentry is a 7 but the level of detail, knowledge, skill and efficiency of their painting, is at least an 8.5 but I would give them a solid 9 for our home. Our home is just under 2500 sq ft and they did an amazing job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they pressure washed and stained our deck. Great team, wonderful work, and a 99.9% satisfied customer. Please give them a call."
