Glenn is a jovial and knowledgeable gentleman who paid attention to detail and despite being on the business development side of the house, he wasn't trying to just sell me a bunch of stuff or tell me to buy a bigger system than I needed. The appointment system with an advance, en route text notification w/ GPS that includes photos of employees is a smart idea. Installation was smooth, despite a torrential rain storm. Crew consistently wore booties, face masks (due to COVID), went above and beyond to deal w/ unanticipated issues, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. House is almost cold now as the new system works so much better than our older one. Pricing was competitive with others (did my due diligence). Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly. Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. "They came and inspected the sump pump. They recommended for it to be replaced. I was okay with it so they replaced it. They completed within half an hour. We then discussed the bill. They agreed to take off $50 because they have an Angie's List coupon that offers $50 off. There was also a coupon for $250 off a system installation for Angie's List members. I told them of this and they said it would only apply for HVAC units and I said to them that they are more than HVAC company, they provide more services than HVAC. They did not specify that its only for HVAC. The technician agreed and said that they're going to have to change that within our website. This was extremely misleading and felt like a bait and switch."

"I brought my car in for service because it was running rough. A few months before I had the power steering pump replaced and within about a month it began to make a noise. I figured it was due to low fluid but, the fluid level was fine.  ABS told me they would diagnose my car and give me a call and tell me what I needed to repair.  They called me about an hour later at work  and listed the repairs they recommended.  Their list included a new power steering pump.  I told them to not replace the pump, but to do all of the other repairs.   I picked my car up that evening and as I was driving away noticed that the power steering pump wasn't making any noise.  They didn't charge me for a new pump. So, when got home, I looked under the hood to make sure they hadn't replace the pump - they didn't.   It's been about six months and my car is still running well and the power steering pump isn't making any noise. They did something to the power steering pump - repaired it, without charging me. I am thankful that I found ABS - They are polite, professional and highly competent!

Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
