"Talked to Tim about my project, they were there very next day, did the air quality and mold check, everything looked besides little bit increase in humidity level and recommended what to do. Very nice company and specially Tim, charged me nothing as they inspection was free and nothing was needed to be done on their part. Highly recommended and appreciate Tim."

"Mark Reynolds was very professional and courteous. He performed all necessary tests. I have already made an appointment with my air conditioning company. I will be making changes in my home in the very near future according to his recommendations."

"After working with Nier Building Inspections on a Foundation, Pre-Drywall and Post Construction inspection I have realized that I would not be able to get a better house from my Builder. The attention of inspectors to detail is astonishing. They have very good knowledge of the codes, they have all the needed certificates, and they work with you on different levels to get the work done on time. They are present when you want them and they spend all the time needed and answer to any questions you have. The final report is also amazing. They are transparent with payment and the work delivery. Top Quality and Fair."

"Cory was fantastic! I had previously had my air ducts cleaned a year and a half earlier, but still noticed the vents didn’t look clean. Cory came out and did a full comprehensive inspection; including pictures from inside my vents. The previous company did a terrible job! Cory spent over 6 hours at my house, with great detail, including before after pictures! He was the first to respond out of several companies I had contacted for a quote and his communication was great throughout the whole process. STOP LOOKING for someone else and call No Limitations Indoor Air Quality Solutions if you need any work done on your dryer or HVAC air ducts/vents. I’ve already recommended him to a family member for their house."

FAQs for indoor air quality testing projects in Union City, GA

You should test your home's air quality if you or your family experience health problems like allergies or respiratory issues, as these could be linked to indoor contaminants. Also, consider testing if you're concerned about mold, radon, carbon monoxide, or if you've recently had home construction, demolition, excavation, or remodeling that could have released chemicals into your indoor air.

An indoor air quality test typically takes one to three hours to complete. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report within two to 10 days. The evaluation includes comprehensive air sampling from all designated areas in your home. Your specialist will review the findings with you and provide clear guidance on steps to take if any issues are found, helping ensure your indoor environment meets health and safety standards.

A certified indoor air quality consultant or inspector is the right professional to perform your indoor air test. While some home inspectors have certifications, they often subcontract this specialized work to trained professionals with advanced tools. This expert will thoroughly evaluate air samples from every area in your home and clearly explain the findings to you. Be sure to confirm your tester's credentials before scheduling your service.
