"We found them on Angie's List and hired them to fix the pipe in the basement. They were prompt, courteous, and cheaper than we had anticipated. A week or so later, my husband was attempting to replace our kitchen faucet and we found ourselves in over our heads. He really didn't want to call a plumber for help, but I think our good experience the week prior helped me talk him into it. They were able to help fix a difficult switch out that had odd installation requirements. And again, it was cheap enough that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and again. Hiring a plumber is cheaper than me doing it wrong and having wood rot somewhere I can't see because I did something wrong."

Repair - Marcus repaired discharge pipe in typical Michigan weather (34 Degrees and windy). Marcus went to work, going above and beyond to fix issue -- digging and cutting out specific piece of broken pipe, making sure remaining pipe was ok by snaking hose, performed repairs and cleaned up yard. In a rarity these days -- his efforts -- on a day when many others would have taken a short cut or mailed it in, showed he wanted to do the right thing. Very thankful and impressed. These are good people."

"Michael made this the easiest and much less stressful than anticipated! My grandmother's house is very old and had to have the shower piping replaced and put on new faucets, he did great work as did his helper jason who was very nice. The kitchen sink had a clog and after a while they were able to get it out without needing to do any more added work. "We were very impressed with 4-Ever Water-Tite. When we found water leaking from a basement wall Robert promptly came to give us an estimate. We had three different companies come out and 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was right in the middle price-wise. We chose them because Robert seemed the most reputable (we did not feel like he was just giving a sales pitch, he was quick to get back to us when we had questions, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and his method of fixing our problem didn't involve any shortcuts like other companies, he does not subcontract out, etc). His crew was professional and communicated with us throughout the process, they pulled all the appropriate permits, they cleaned up after themselves... I really don't think we could have asked for a better crew. They also discovered a leak in a pipe that drains two sinks on our first floor which was due to the old pipe having rotted away. His crew dug up the floor and had their plumber come in, replace the pipe, and bring it up to code all on the same day that the problem was discovered and for what we felt was a very minor added cost!

My husband and I highly recommend 4-Ever Water-Tite and look forward to hopefully working with the in the future to rebuild our sunroom and replace our custom front door (FYI they do more than just basement waterproofing!)

The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and I was given a 5 hour window and was told the plumber would contact me 30 minutes before arrival. About 2 hours into the time frame I called to make sure they would still do the work that day so I could make arrangements for the next day if necessary. The owner was so pleasant and accomodating! He checked with his guy who was tied up on a job that took longer than anticipated. He called me back right away and said he personally would come out and do the work. He was at my house at the scheduled time, was very professional and friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. There was no mess, he put covers on his boots when he came in the house, and he answered all my sump pump questions. It was a positive experience beginning to end and I will definitely use Experts Plumbing in the future for home and business plumbing needs."
