"We found them on Angie's List and hired them to fix the pipe in the basement. They were prompt, courteous, and cheaper than we had anticipated. A week or so later, my husband was attempting to replace our kitchen faucet and we found ourselves in over our heads. He really didn't want to call a plumber for help, but I think our good experience the week prior helped me talk him into it. They were able to help fix a difficult switch out that had odd installation requirements. And again, it was cheap enough that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and again. Hiring a plumber is cheaper than me doing it wrong and having wood rot somewhere I can't see because I did something wrong."

Repair - Marcus repaired discharge pipe in typical Michigan weather (34 Degrees and windy). Marcus went to work, going above and beyond to fix issue -- digging and cutting out specific piece of broken pipe, making sure remaining pipe was ok by snaking hose, performed repairs and cleaned up yard. In a rarity these days -- his efforts -- on a day when many others would have taken a short cut or mailed it in, showed he wanted to do the right thing. Very thankful and impressed. "Michael made this the easiest and much less stressful than anticipated! My grandmother's house is very old and had to have the shower piping replaced and put on new faucets, he did great work as did his helper jason who was very nice. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"Purchased coupon deal and set up a time for the following day. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and I was given a 5 hour window and was told the plumber would contact me 30 minutes before arrival. About 2 hours into the time frame I called to make sure they would still do the work that day so I could make arrangements for the next day if necessary. The owner was so pleasant and accomodating! He checked with his guy who was tied up on a job that took longer than anticipated. He called me back right away and said he personally would come out and do the work. He was at my house at the scheduled time, was very professional and friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. There was no mess, he put covers on his boots when he came in the house, and he answered all my sump pump questions. It was a positive experience beginning to end and I will definitely use Experts Plumbing in the future for home and business plumbing needs."
