Michigan Fire Restoration came and explained what needed to be done. True to their word they came promptly and began moving furniture to remove the carpet padding and water. They showed up when they said they would, found the source quickly, and explained what was going on without any upsell. He was damage control after the first restoration company didn't do what was supposed to be taken care of. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.
