After the plumber left I realized that it was very possible that the reason for the leak was that this pipe was not secured to the wall and could be disturbed by movement from the outside hose bib. I called the office and told them of this situation and felt that the plumber should come back and secure this pipe. The office lady said she would tell her supervisor. "<p>Frankly I don't remember the exact date or price but it started with a plugged drain that if I agreed before they started to clear it would be one price and if it turned out to be a big drain in the pipe under the house it would be another price, but if I prepaid a cheaper price up front even if it was just the pipe in my house it would cost me much less if I needed the whole thing done, but that price was twice the price of just unclogging my plugged drain in my sink.
