"Jeff has come to the rescue twice to my new build home. He came the first time in the middle of summer when the a/c would start up. It was just the fan running. He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"

"Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!"

This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. Heat pumps move air to cool or warm your home during different seasons. In cold weather, they extract heat from the outdoors and bring it inside to warm your home. In warm weather, they remove heat from your home to keep it cool. This efficient heat transfer increases indoor comfort, improves energy efficiency, and reduces the need for additional heating systems.
Replacing a heat pump costs between $4,200 and $7,900. The actual cost depends on the type of heat pump. Geothermal models are the most expensive to replace, with the price of the unit plus labor ranging between $6,000 and $20,000. Air source models cost between $4,500 and $8,000 to replace, while the replacement costs for a mini split unit run between $1,300 and $8,000.
The average heat pump is designed to last about 14 years, roughly the same as a central air conditioning system (12 to 15 years). Newer models can last 20 years or more.
