"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? I had a leak in my shower and I let them know I was trying to fix the leak, but in the near future we need to remodel the all bathroom, most companies they try to get you to get a new valve and shower price around 1,300 The sons of glory recommended to just replace the cartridge and I paid 280. Of course I going to call them back I'm sure like a contactor the other guys are in the price range, but this time I didn't need that"
