"PlunbWell and Bruno are an excellent choice for my difficult situation. I was getting the air in my hot and cold water lines and could not figure out where it was coming from. He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. I would highly recommend PlunbWell and Bruno to repair any plumbing that you have in your house or business at a very reasonable cost."

"I hired RRV for removal of a hot water heater and installation of a new heater. Roberto was professional and gave a reasonable price. He picked up the new heater at Homedepot and took the old one, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Upon completion of the job, Roberto called numerous times to make sure all was well and also came on a Sunday night upon being informed something was wrong. "The plumber who was sent out was on-time and efficient in diagnosing and repairing two minor issues. Cost was reasonable for the work done. However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."
