"P. J. McTavish & Co. from Burtonsville, MD was hired to replace and repair a very old damaged roof on my Rancher Home, which has a few additions in the rear. These additions have many peaks, valleys and an area of flat roof. We had many other companies look at it and some didn’t even want to take on the job, and if they did it was for a price I could not afford. I had officially given up hope. "Southernwood put a roof on my new construction home. Install was fine, overall appearance of the roof was nice, decent customer service and follow-up. However there was a leak in my newly installed roof. Each time I called to complain, Southernwood responded within 2 days. Each time they responded, it was something different, to much water in one area, to much debris, and a poor design. They even offered to provide a quote to rectify the poor design. I had someone else find the source of the leak - a hole in the flashing. This one little detail missed created hundreds of dollars in repairs, and could have been avoided."
