"Jerry's Plumbing & Heating (Jerry's) was the assigned plumbing contractor in a home warranty plan that I've had for years.  I've used Jerry's in the past for small repairs but nothing of this magnitude or complexity. <br /> Over the weekend of December 13-14, I suspected that my well pump had failed (no water) and made the necessary phone contacts.  Jerry's representatives were at the house Monday, December 15, in the mid-afternoon.  After they confirmed that the pump had indeed failed, they explained what they needed to do and we subsequently agreed to contract terms.  Jerry's people then returned to their shop to get the necessary repair parts.
