"I hired That's Rare to fix my washer. I was moving in less than 10 days and needed it fixed and when I asked to receive a quote for the diagnostics fee they were prompt to call and answer my question and schedule me for the following day. However, the man never showed, but it was a holiday (July 4th) and I was surprised they were going to even have someone come then to begin with. When he showed up the next day though he did apologize and discounted my repair. My washer spins now and sounds great! :D"

"They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. This was all at his suggestion, which I appreciated. Overall, it turned out very well.
