"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! "We would recommend this company to everyone.  The remodeling went very well.  All the gentlemen who came out were personable and friendly and they each did a great job for us.  All the work they did was perfect and you would never know now that there had ever been a fireplace in the room or a chimney on the roof.  The work was done in a week which is what we were promised.  I felt comfortable with each of the people who came out to the house and I was able to communicate with them easily.  They were willing to answer questions and talk about the work they were doing.  Paul called me to check on the work and to make sure things were going according to the plan. At the end of the week, he called to be sure that I was very happy with the work and to let me know how billing would work.  We were also very pleased that the final bill did not exceed the estimate that we had been given.  I know this job was smaller than what they usually do and we were so pleased that they were still willing to accept the job. They were happy to use our owner stock for materials we had and they were happy to find and provide the materials that we didn't have.   This helped to save us money and they offered to leave left over products or take them, whichever we preferred.  We appreciated that option as well.  We will be hiring them again."
