"Provider was very flexible about the time and date of the service call. I had some electrical work happening at the same time and I wanted Brenneco to be here then just in case the problem with my sump pump required an electrician. Worked quickly and efficientlly. Cleared the blockage in my sump pump, showed me two ways to turn off the water to the house, and corrected an error that someone else had made when installing the water line to my fridge. The only concern that I have is that I failed to have him look at a leaky shower (downside to having two sets of technicians in the house at once). I sent a follow-up email to the address that was used to schedule my appointment and did not hear back. However, I do intend to contact the vendor again as I was very comfortable with the work and the price and I am not sure that I adequately described the scope of the shower problem, which will probably lead to a remodel. <br />"
