The agent did say they are not an emergency repair, but if an important appliance breaks you need it fixed ASAP. For example...this is the middle of a hot summer. If my A/C brakes and your service sets up a repair for a week from now....that means My family & I suffer for a week. I called back and said I need a repair for my dishwasher now. They said they would try to get an earlier appointment...then called back and said it wasn't possible. I guess I was doomed to eat out of paper plates and cups until next week. "Scheduling was a nightmare.  The first scheduled appointment was a 'no show' and when I called they indicated their was a mistake with a new person on the scheduling.  In attempting to reschedule, they had to work within the schedule that they would have a truck available in my area.  
We rescheduled and they called and cancelled due to a truck break-down.

The two guys they sent were professional and thorough but provided misinformation.  They took a picture of the flashing on my chimney and told me that they didn't touch it because of the rust but felt the entire cap needed to be replaced.  I checked into that and it was going to be almost $1,000.00 to install a new one.  I got a second and third opinion and the cap did not need replacing, it simply needed to be sealed and painted.  It cost me $50 to get the repair completed.
