"The Technicians Kenneth and Efrain arrived here on time as scheduled and I also got a chance to meet the owner of the company (sorry, did not get his name). The team went to work immediately and located the refrigerant leak within 15 minutes. They are working on ordering the replacement coil and in the mean time got the AC working temporarily and it is working nicely.
