"Both guys were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. Got to see all the dust and debris that had accumulated in the ducts over the last 24 years since the house was built."

"Very expensive service... I was charged 210 dollars for 5-minute reprogramming of my new ecobee4 thermostat. I requested a technician to come to check my Air conditioner as my electric bill was higher compared to the last year.. he found nothing wrong with the system. I suggested to him that it might be the newly installed ecobee4 thermostat. He checked the wiring was good. He found out that it's set up to auxiliary heat as primary and reprogrammed it and charged me 210 dollars without letting me know it will be that expensive prior to the reprogramming... Imagine, 5-minute setup of the thermostat and they charge you 210 dollars.. I will never recommend them to anyone"

"The tech ran into some challenges, but he got everything working just fine. I'm very satisfied with his service."

"I had never heard of product before program. Installation went well. It seemed thorough and quick. Efficiency of product will tell in time. I would use this company again if product works as stated."

"The biggest obstacle was scheduling.  The Angie's List confirmation email did not include the instruction to schedule on the Flow-Rite web site.  It took 3 or 4 emails to clarify that which delayed getting the work scheduled.
The replacement parts worked fine with the exception of some excess plastic on the valve which prevented a tight seal and thus lead to a running toilet.  It took a few minutes with the razor blade to cut the excess off and allowed the seal to form properly.  This probably should have been done by the installer.

"Our HVAC system was 24 years old when Steve assessed our needs and listened to what we were looking for in a new HVAC system. His recommendations, costs, warranty, and commitment for any follow up services, were exactly what we were looking for! We spoke with several satisfied customers and were absolutely convinced to go with Tri State Mechanical Consultants and Steve! Steve was very patient with me as I asked dozens of questions while he installed our new systems. To this day, Steve will call to see if I have any questions or issues. I highly recommend this company and Steve!"

"Matt was exceptional in his overall knowledge, installation and coordination of my project. He was friendly, informative with fast responses and great follow through. We switched from propane heating to natural gas which Indiana required a plumber's line test and us needing other new appliances at the same time. Matt was instrumental in partnering with my plumber and others during this major switch. I am so thankful to have found him and highly recommend Jacobs because of his talents."

"Ronnie and his team at Bennett Home Specialist have done both AC and Heating installs at our home. They were at house 24 hours after being contacted and AC and Furnace replacements were done the very next day. The work was fast and done perfectly. Their list of services and competitive rates makes it easy and convenient to hire them for future needs. Highly recommend Bennet Home Specialist."
